All types, especially Walnuts, Brazil nuts, and Almonds. 5 - Low-temperature Vegetables Medley. Tomatoes, Ginger, Red Peppers, and Beets roasted. He Avoids: 1 - Refined Sugar. No Soda, Candies, Candy Bars, Energy Gels. Instead, he prefers a single square of dark Chocolate. 2 - High Glycemic Index Breads and Pastas. Their starch induces Brain Fog. 3 - Fried or Processed Junk Foods.
